McDonald's in Krefeld

Good customer service, bit busy in the evening though, clean and tidy.

Simply McDonalds was already closed at 11pm, although opening times are until midnight. It was today, January 5th, 2021. I just felt ripped off by you, walked all the way in the cold and didn't even get a burger. Just boo for the restaurant

Ordered via Lieferando, asked after an hour (air line 800m), allegedly no order received. Money back but sit there after 2 hours without food, screwed up!

Too few workers and mega long waiting times for a Bigmac menu just waited almost 40 minutes

Maybe you should also show how the baseboards look and how the walls were designed and by whom? Patterns should also be shown that look like each individual substrate.

Today I got a Mc Menue again. As always, great quality. Had even more mayo again. The waiting time is very short thanks to Corona. Simply lekker

Bad store. Nothing against people with a migration background. I am one myself. But almost everyone there already has problems understanding an order and then you get stupid. So either learn Arabic or don't expect good service.

Go there very, very rarely! And when you do, you know what you're getting. In retrospect, I regret it because it's always the same over the years. But it's just a personal opinion. Often you wait forever to be able to order at all, or now after modernization, you get your food. Everything in the old for a fast restaurant where it should go fast, you pay a lot of money for it. A kebab with a lot less meat is faster and certainly healthier.

The store is very nice. Also for Corona Time is everything structured and at the peak hours is a lot going on. Unfortunately, the meat was not quite as good. Guess so anything was wrong. Therefore, only 3 ☆

Not satisfied with McDonalds Krefeld service or service, food dry, bland and generally poor. For 30 Euro, which I spent on 2 people, the quantity and quality of the food were not satisfactory in any way, in addition I was robbed of 2 Chickenburgers (Doppel Chickenburgers). The worst McDonald's in I've ever had a chance to eat something, it's better to go for a Kebs meal or do something for yourself at home.

The food served was cold.

The atmosphere is good after renovations. However the quality of the food needs to be improved.

Awful I waited 30 min for my fries only for fries service is slow not organized forget everytime it wasnt even busy its just worst mcdonalds I ever was I recommend to go anywhere else than in this hole any other mcdonald is better anything is better than this i have no words to describe how awful this is..... Total dissapointment

Usual McDonald's but very slow

Well, except for the points that it is extremely loud there (which is not unusual for larger people) and you can not enjoy eating with the best will (because as I said it is so loud) I cannot fault anything. I do not recommend using the toilet. And recommend going home instead. ?

One star is too much the service was bad really from the client ahead of me to me really the stuff was rude and uninterested in taking the order and giving back of change! Taking of orders ? gave me the wrong thing I liked the food but the services were jus ugh!??

The staff is insanely unfriendly. The cashier was creeping me out. He didn't want to hand me the ice cream I payed for. Can't recommend.

Nobody in the staff spoke English. Also a bunch of ordered and confirmed items were not included in our take away order.

The big tasty was great, better than in our own country, the Netherlands. However, the waiting time was a bit long and the restaurant could be cleaner. Most important food was delicious!
